TaskStudio is software delivered over the internet by DeccanLogic Private Limited, B-405, City Vista, Fountain Road, Kharadi, Pune-411014, Maharashtra, India. Nothing physical is shipped. This page explains how, and how quickly, you receive what you sign up for or pay for. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. What is delivered, and how

| Invoices and receipts | Emailed to your billing email, and available under Settings → Plan & usage | When payment succeeds |
The desktop app checks in with our servers every few minutes. If it is open while you pay, it shows your new plan within a few minutes, or straight away if you restart it.
2. Where we deliver
The service is available in the countries listed in our Terms of Service (section 2.2, "Where the Service is offered"). There are no shipping charges.
3. If something has not arrived
If your plan, seats or credits are not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to info@deccanlogic.com with the payment date and amount. We will either activate it or refund you in full, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
